Scott Underwood (usually credited as Scott "Diggs" Underwood) is a storyboard artist for Ed, Edd n Eddy. He is one of the better known storyboardists, as he has worked on most episodes of the show. He lives in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

- In Season 2's "Rambling Ed," Eddy says "Enter, oh Spirit of the Underwood!" during the Séance scam. This a reference to his name; Eddy substituted "Underwood" in place of "underworld."
- He's the only crew member who directed an episode instead of Antonucci. This episode was Season 5's "Smile for the Ed."
- Along with storyboarding for the show, Scott actually pencils some of the comics for the Cartoon Network Block Party comic book.
- Underwood's only writing credit on the show comes on the Season 5 finale "A Fistful of Ed."
- Issue #18 of the Sonic the Hedgehog Comics by Archie Comics features an art submission by a Scott Underwood (age 16) from Langley, BC, Canada.
