Rob Boutilier (born in 1971) is a Canadian animator from Halifax County, Nova Scotia. He is also an employer of DHX Media in Vancouver, British Columbia. In 1996, he attended Vancouver Film School, as well as the University of King's College. Boutilier was a storyboard artist on several episodes of Ed, Edd n Eddy. In 2008, he went on to create Kid vs. Kat for Disney XD.
