Ready, IM, Fire! was an online game featuring Ed and other Cartoon Network all-stars having another snowball fight, but unlike Snow Fort, you do not need 15 points to win. Just attack the test dummy by hurling snowballs. After the test dummy is hit, the player gives a URL code to e-mail or IM (instant message) to a friend who upon clicking the link will be put in front of the player. They must dodge the sequence the player threw the snow balls in. Afterwards they then have the chance to throw snowballs at the dummy, and a new URL appears. The new URL is sent to the original sender and the original sender must do the dodging now. After the original sender dodges snow balls, a final tally of hits and misses is taken. The winner is then determined based on who had the most hits. Also, no Hanna-Barbera characters are seen, but Lazlo from Camp Lazlo, Goo from Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Chowder from Chowder, and Numbuh 5 from Codename: Kids Next Door appear alongside Ed.

- Ed is drawn with wiggling or "boiling" outlines in the same style as in the Ed, Edd n Eddy TV series.
- Ed's tongue can be seen before he throws. In the game, it is a light teal.
