The Hammock Pulley is a pulley that the Eds built in "Oath to an Ed" in an attempt to correctly get into a hammock to earn the "Don't Bug Me I'm In The Hammock Badge" in order to become full-fledged Urban Rangers instead of mere Wee Roaches. This is one of the simpler machines constructed by the Eds, as it consisted of just two ropes and Ed operating them. Initially, it seemed as though the machine would work perfectly and the Eds would be able to get their badge. However, Ed soon got too excited by Eddy pretending to offer him a banana and leapt from his perch, ripping through the hammock onto his friends and destroying the pulley. For this reason, the pulley was a failure, and the Eds were unable to earn their badge.
