The "Guitar Groove" is a piece of background music that makes several appearances throughout the series. It was first heard in "Pop Goes the Ed" at Nazz's pool party. The tune is often played at parties and various gatherings. Its only appearance in a scam was in "Dear Ed," when Eddy played it at a party aimed at making Jonny a new friend.
The tune itself is an instrumental guitar riff accompanied by a drum beat. It has a style reminiscent of early 1960s surf music. When played, the kids (and sometimes the Eds) are often seen dancing to it; in part because of its upbeat nature.
