The Golden Gate Bridge Model is a toothpick model of the Golden Gate Bridge that Edd finished building at the start of "Scrambled Ed." It is a very elaborate and well constructed model that apparently took 14 hours and 7 minutes to build. It is implied that this is not the first time Edd has built a model of said bridge out of toothpicks and glue, as he mentioned that the time it took was a new record for him, suggesting that he has built this same type of model bridge before.
Although the model itself was never seen outside of the start of this episode, it was indirectly responsible for the flooding of the Cul-de-Sac. This is because Edd was incredibly tired after building it, and was thus unable to help his friends or any of the Kids. In addition, the bridge model seems to have inspired his design for the entrance to Eds' Sea Ranch.
