Ed, Edd n Eddy

Ed Rush is an Ed, Edd n Eddy comic. In it, the Eds believe that Rolf's goat, Victor, has discovered gold in the Creek. It was published by DC Comics in Cartoon Cartoons comic issue #33.

Ed is testing the Eds' latest scam: a rope swinging experience by the creek. With Ed crashing each time, Eddy feels the scam is already ruined. Nearby, Rolf can be heard talking to Victor. Abandoning the current scam, the Eds head towards Rolf.

In the creek, Rolf is shown washing Victor. Finding this humorous, Eddy makes numerous snide remarks, angering Rolf. Suddenly, Victor picks something up from the creek. It appears to be a shiny, yellow nugget. Eagerly, Eddy asks to see it. Believing it to be nothing more than a rock, Rolf gladly parts with it. With the Eds now positive that there is gold in the creek, they soon get to work.

The Eds return to the Creek with a homemade excavator (with Ed as the bucket). One by one, they extract large nuggets from the creek. With a towering pile of nuggets amassed, Eddy believes they are extraordinarily rich. Mentioning the physical properties of gold, Edd expresses a desire to use it for his numerous experiments. Eddy, on the other hand, has more materialistic aspirations.

With the day's mining finished, Eddy ponders how they will get the nuggets to his bedroom. Foreseeing Eddy's lack of planning, Edd reveals that he took the liberty of building a conveyor belt to transport the nuggets. Upon usage, though, the machine immediately breaks. As such, the Eds now need another method of transporting the nuggets.

Quickly devising a new plan, Eddy simply has Ed carry him, Edd, and a large sack of the nuggets up a hill. This method does not work either, as the Eds simply tumble back down. Determined, Eddy thinks even simpler, and proposes that they carry the nuggets out one at a time.

This method initially appears to work. Unfortunately, upon reaching the top of the hill, the Eds tumble back down again. This time, they land in a different spot. Nearby, Kevin and Rolf can be seen painting regular rocks with gold paint, revealing that the gold is fake, and that the Eds were tricked all along.
