By the Numbers is an Ed, Edd n Eddy comic. In it, the reader is supposed to help Ed get a new eyebrow by connecting a series of dots. It was published by DC Comics in Cartoon Network Block Party issue #8.

Plot[]

In the lane, Eddy spots a poster advertising "Sick Flags Amusement Park". Inspired by this, Eddy seeks to build a park of his own, and charge admission to it.

The park will be called "Ed's Monobrow World", with Ed's eyebrow as the mascot. While Edd gets construction underway, the reader is supposed to connect the dots in the middle of the page to form a new eyebrow for Ed. When completed, the dots form a pipe wrench. Excited about his new eyebrow, Ed runs off to find pipes to use his new brow on, leaving his friends to work on the scam without him.

Trivia[]

  • "Sick flags" is a reference to "Six Flags", an American amusement park corporation.
  • Eddy mentions that another amusement park has a "dirty rat" for a mascot. This is likely a reference to Disneyland, whose iconic mascot is Mickey Mouse.
  • Ed mentions that he cannot make funny faces without his eyebrow. Ed said a nearly identical statement in "The Luck of the Ed", when Eddy previously removed Ed's eyebrow.
