The Annoyance Pulley was a machine that Edd rigged up for the Eds' Pest Removal scam in "Shoo Ed." It was not done as part of the scam, but rather as Eddy's big introduction to his friends of "the most annoying thing ever" (Jonny). Despite the hype, however, Edd was not impressed. Instead, in keeping with the point of the scam, he was annoyed, as he spent two hours counterbalancing chains for the machine and didn't think the simple addition of a suit to Jonny was worth the time he had spent on the machine. Eddy ignored his complaint, however, and following some last minute tips on annoyance, the Eds proceeded on to the next part of the scam.
